Please pray for my dad. He was in a near head-on collision on Saturday, and ended up with only a large wound on his left arm. Please pray that the wound heals quickly - because of his age and cancer treatments, his body is slow to heal. Thanks.

THANK YOU! In July, I had requested prayer concerning my step-brother. He had prostate cancer. The surgery was last week. He is going home from the hospital cancer free. The cancer was isolated, and he doesn't need further treatment. He is doing a lot of soul searching and is realizing that his life has been spared for a reason. Thank you to all who prayed for him!

I have a burden for our families at Christ Place: As the Lord leads, join me first in prayer for all of the marriages in our church family: that the Lord would give all of our married couples a profound understanding of His vision and heart for marriage as He clearly communicates in Scripture--'till death separates us. And secondly, that the Lord would give fathers and mothers a similar vision and heart for the strategic role they play in loving and training their kids in the way they should go. Thank you.

I pray for peace in my home. I married my wife who had 2 children from her previous marriage. We now also have 2 children of our own together. I have been with my wife and her two kids for 6 years but we continue to struggle with our relationships together. I am at a loss and am at a point that sometimes I feel like giving up. It has been extremely difficult to raise her two children and to be able to share love and respect for each other. Their father also adds an intense amount of stress and only makes things more difficult. I continue to pray for guidance, but what a difficult and long road this has been. Please pray for me. Please pray for my friend T., whose doctors have just told her that her kidneys may be shutting down, further complicating treatment for her lupus. She is a 24 year old single mother of a 3 year old daughter. Pray that her kidneys be completely restored to full function, for complete healing of her physical, cognitive, and psychological health, and that she would be increasingly aware and convinced of God's peace and presence throughout this situation. Also pray that she and her family be protected from the enemy's works and effects.
